Leo Ludum is an NPC that is accessible through the Gamblinger ship modifier, he allows one to gamble 200 gold in exchange for a perks or a curse.
Useful if looking to board a Ghost Ship as there's a 2 out of 4 chance to get cursed, and if one slows down time - winning is almost certain.
